Account, plans and billing

Sign in at chat.videoinsights.ai and open the subscription section of your settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are generally non-refundable because tokens are consumed as you use them, but contact us within 14 days if you believe a charge was made in error. See the billing section of our terms.
Uploaded media is deleted automatically after 7 days on the Free plan, 30 days on Advanced, 90 days on Professional and 365 days on Team, Growth and Custom plans. Each file shows its deletion date in your library. You can delete a file earlier at any time.
Delete individual files and chats from the web app. To delete your whole account, open the security settings in the web app or email contact@videoinsights.ai from your account address. Deletion removes your media, transcripts, chats and connected-app tokens.
