You can manage your subscription from your dashboard under the subscription tab. From there, you can view your current plan, change your plan, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription.
Yes. The Free plan includes 200 tokens every month, enough to try the platform on a few videos before committing to a paid plan. Visit the pricing page for details.
Each analysis uses tokens based on the file length and type of analysis requested. Audio analysis costs 1 token per minute, visual analysis 15 tokens per minute. Your dashboard shows real-time token usage and remaining balance. See token usage for worked examples.
Yes. Upgrades apply right away and billing is prorated. Downgrades kick in at the start of your next billing cycle.
